Our lawn care service includes:
Cutting the grass at an appropriate height determined by current weather conditions unless directed by the client to mow the grass to different specifications.
Line trimming will be done in all areas that need attention (around buildings, trees, mulch beds, curbs, driveways, sidewalks and areas that mowers cannot reach).
All grass clippings will be blown off all traffic areas, sidewalks, parking lots, and roads. Also, any visible trash will be picked up and discarded.
We can customize a maintenance program that is right for you and your property.
Aeration is probably the single best thing you can do for your lawn.
Aeration is a process that allows for the removal of plugs of soil from the ground. This process allows for water, air and nutrients to have better access to the grass roots and gives your seed the best possible chance to germinate. Aeration breaks up soil compaction, allowing oxygen and water to get down to the root zone so grass can grow thicker and healthier.
We only use top-shelf, high germination rate seed blends that perform well in this region. We'll choose a blend that best suits your situation.

De-thatching
De-thatching is a process of removing all the dead grass that is laying on the ground from cuttings and natural grass reduction. De-thatching a yard before laying down seed ensures proper seed to soil contact instead of the seed laying on top of old, dead grass.
Getting your gutters cleaned out properly is key to making sure you are protecting your fascia and your landscaping from excessive water damage.
